Consider an example of a Philosophy class with a student named John Deere.

The student would perform the following steps.

1. Create a folder on Google Drive named: last name, first name - class title.

Example: Deere, John - PHIL

2. Share folder with the instructor and make sure the share settings are set to "Can view".

3. All notes and documents saved in the "Deere, John - PHIL" folder will be automatically shared with the instructor. Make sure they are shared as "Can comment".

4. Go to the Comments button at the top right to view overall comments of the document. Highlighted
comments are for specific parts of the document.

Google drive can be accessed by all gmail users at the top toolbar. Click on Drive.
