February 24, 2026 - Middle School Special Education Teacher

The Mountain Grove School District is seeking applications for a Middle School special education teacher for the 2026-27 school year. The position works with students who have a range of disabilities. The position provides direct specialized instruction resource for small groups and supports students within the co-teaching classroom. Individuals must possess strong classroom management skills to maintain effective learning environments. Individuals must develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEP) and establish effective relationships with parents and students. Applicants must have cross-categorical special education certification or another acceptable special education certification to be eligible for consideration for employment. Mountain Grove School District is seeking applications for the position of Technological Skills Teacher.  A successful candidate will need to be able to work in a team setting, have good background knowledge in technology, effective communication skills, and an ongoing commitment to personal professional development are essential. Applicants must have the appropriate Missouri Certification to teach Technology in a secondary school setting. Mountain Grove Elementary is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Early Childhood Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.  A successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a team, effectively use student data to drive instruction and improve teaching and learning, and demonstrate a commitment to student success and a positive school culture.

Applicants must have early childhood certification or be in the process of obtaining one through an accredited program. March 10, 2026 - Elementary Building Secretary

 Mountain Grove Elementary is now accepting applications for a Building Secretary position, starting immediately and including the 2026 summer school session. The ideal candidate collaborates with staff, students, and parents in a positive, professional manner to support student success. Applicants must be able to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient computer skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Previous experience in an administrative or office setting is preferred. May 7, 2026 - Paraprofessional

The Mountain Grove R-III School District is currently seeking a paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualified applicants must meet one of the following criteria: (1) have at least 36 college credit hours from an accredited college or university, or have completed the Frontline 20-hour substitute training and be eligible for a substitute certificate; or (2) have a passing score on the state-approved paraprofessional assessment. Interested applicants can submit a paraprofessional application at the central office to Dr. Erin Swofford, Special Programs Director at 207 East 5th St., Mountain Grove, MO. 65711 or email completed application with documentation to [email protected].
