INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that the Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR), Greg Crawford
Construction Co. will receive sealed bids from qualified subcontractors at the office of the
Architect, Ball Architects PC, 650 N Boonville, Suite 200, Springfield, MO 65806 417.866.1904
until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 26, 2026, for the:
Addition & Remodel to Existing Building
Mountain Grove High School Campus / OMTC Building
Mountain Grove R-III School District
Wright County, Mountain Grove, Missouri
Bids will be opened and read aloud at the time of opening.
This bid’s scope includes all divisions as described on the drawings & specifications.
Plans, specifications, bid-forms, and Instructions to Bidders are on file and will be available at the office of the Architect, Ball Architects PC or the office of the CMaR, Crawford Construction on Monday, August 3, 2026 - either hard copy or digital files.

Hourly wages, as set forth by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and the prevailing wage law will be complied with on this project. The CMaR and School Board reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the bidding.
