To enroll in Mountain Grove Schools, you will need to provide:
- Your child's state issued birth certificate
- Your child's updated immunization record
- Proof of residency (property tax statement, rent agreement, utility bill, etc)
In order to be eligible for kindergarten, your child will need to be five years old before August 1.
